Jason J. Polcyn
Jason is the founder and managing partner of Polcyn McHugh Law, LLC and has substantial background in criminal law and family law, as he previously practiced at private law firms in Aurora and West Dundee. Since obtaining his law license in 2016, Jason has represented a wide variety of clients from corporations to individuals, including juveniles/minors and Spanish speaking clients. Jason wears it as a badge of honor that many of his clients refer to him as down to earth and real. Regarding the unique situation each client is in, Jason will do everything within the law to assist his clients and ensure they understand the laws and the process as he guides them through their matter. He is very compassionate with his clients, as he understands they are usually going through the hardest times of their lives. Jason prefers to be in the courtroom litigating for his clients and this is exemplified in that, in the seven years he has been practicing law, he has only lost one jury trial, at this point in time. Coming from a blue-collar family, he is a first-generation attorney. When not practicing law, Jason enjoys traveling and spending time/exploring the outdoors with his wife, kids and dog.

He has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 2007 and Florida since 2008. Kevin utilizes a tactical approach to legal matters to ensure success. Becky Orozco
One of our most respected team members, Becky is ready to assist with your case head on. As a native Spanish speaker she is an invaluable asset to our team with her bilingual skills and vast knowledge. Becky has extensive professional experience in many different legal fields, including but not limited to: Criminal, Family, Civil and Real Estate matters. She is fluent in Spanish. During her decades of professional experience, Becky worked very close with the attorneys assisting, developing, formatting cases files by maintaining contact with clients and attorneys, professionals, and expert witnesses including during trial preparation, interpreting, and translating.
